I'm working with a very successful consumer-focused scale-up that have recently embarked on a a period of digital transformation. The business which was previously 95% wholesale, has now taken a digital-first direct to consumer approach. Since it's launch, this first of its a kind platform, have built an engaged following, gone through Series A funding and have generated in excess of healthy eight-figure revenue for the last 3 years.
As part of this growth, I am working with them to hire a CRM Manager, who will be the go-to person for Marketing Automation. This is a key hire for the business, operating cross-functionally with a focus on supporting the customer retention strategy with the view to increase LTV and drive revenue.
As the CRM Manager you will
Own testing, audience segmentation, deployment and continuous optimisation.
Implement marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing Develop workflows and mapping of customer journey
Work with internal stakeholders to understand, plan, build and execute communications and marketing automation campaigns
Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
About You
Must have previous experience implementing marketing automation and customer journey mapping
Previous experience in an ecommerce DTC environment
Strong working knowledge of SQL
Proven experience in working with large customer databases
Previous experience in audience segmentation and testing
Understand the challenges associated with building a brand online
