We collect the necessary information provided by you to be able to assess your suitability, qualifications and skills for roles we currently have available and for roles that become available in the future. Further information may be needed to assess your eligibility through the different stages of recruitment. We may also use your information to keep you informed by email, telephone or mail about future employment opportunities, and marketing communications. If you do not provide the personal data necessary, or withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data, we may not be able to match you with available job opportunities
If you do not consent to us using your data for any of these purposes we can remove your data from our database on request, please e-mail [email protected] and title your email ‘Privacy request’.
To better match your employee profile with current opportunities we may transfer your personal data to clients and partners in countries outside the EEA. These countries privacy laws may be different from those in your home country. Where we transfer data to a country which has not been deemed to provide adequate data protection standards we always have security measures and approved model clauses in place to protect your personal data. Events – if you register for one of our events, we will share your name, professional title and your professional address with other people that are attending the same event.

How long do we keep your Personal data
It is our policy to retain your Personal Information for the length of time required for the specific purpose or purposes for which it was collected, which are set out in this Privacy Policy. Information we may collect from you

- Any Information you provide by filling in forms on the website to help with the recruitment process. This information will include your name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, work and education history, employment and references, full CV and any other sensitive personal data including your responses to and the results of assessments administered through the site.
- We may also collect sensitive personal data about you, in the form of gender plus your nationality which we are required to collect by law. We only collect sensitive data from you, and further process this data, where you have given your explicit consent.
- If we place you with our clients, we shall also request and hold copies of documentation showing your legal right to work in the UK (or the country in which you have chosen to work), and financial information such as bank account details. We may record and store any telephone calls you have with us for record keeping and quality control purposes. We may undertake credit references, and other lawful checks, where a recruitment client or third party requests such information.
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
- Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
- We also collect information as a total in order to provide us with a better understanding of the users of our site as a group, but which does not contain personally identifiable information.

IP addresses and cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
Where we collect Personal data about you from
The following are the different sources we may collect personal data about you from:
- Directly from you. This is information you provide while searching for a new opportunity and/or during the different recruitment stages.
- From an agent/third party acting on your behalf. e.g. Contractors Limited Company.
- Through publicly available sources. We use the following public sources:
- Job Boards
- By Reference or word of mouth. For example, you may be recommended by a friend, a former employer, a former colleague or even a present employer.
Where we collect your information through publicly available sources as set out above, we may do this with the aid of software programs’ such as Bullhorn. These programs’ are given parameters on the requirements of a role and search through publicly available sources to find such candidates. These programs’ are designed to only output information on candidates that meet the search criteria. The parameters of this program are restricted to only searching for [Name, Age and Job role] candidate information from public sites where there is a reasonable expectation that such information may be collected and further processed by job recruiters for the purpose of sourcing candidates for different job roles.
Where we store your Personal Data
The data that we collect from you will be transferred to and stored by, a third party. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. We endeavour to take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Data Security
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Although we will do our best to protect the storing of your personal data, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site or any third party; any transmission is at your own risk. In that case, we always ask for your consent before undertaking such processing.
For clients, we may also rely on our processing being necessary to perform a contract for you, for example in contacting you.
