Tommy has been in Commercial recruitment for around 3 years now, predominantly focusing on Sales recruitment within SaaS, Fintech & Martech companies. He spent the first 7 months focusing on delivery before moving into a 360 position which he thoroughly enjoyed. Tommy predominately focuses on helping build out Sales teams of all levels from SDRs to VP of Sales.
