This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dependable individual to join a lean, high-impact team of four. As the Sales & Marketing Support Executive, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the company's global presence. Working closely with leadership, you'll contribute to international campaigns, support networking initiatives, and help drive the organisation's growth. The Role:
• Manage and update CRM systems to maintain accurate client and member data
• Create and distribute engaging newsletters and digital marketing campaigns
• Assist in the coordination of international events and networking opportunities
• Support the development and maintenance of the company website using WordPress
• Contribute to social media strategy and content creation across various platforms
• Collaborate with the team on diverse projects, from agency matchmaking to staff exchange programmes

Preferred Required Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications
• Proficiency in CRM systems, social media management, and content management platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Keen interest in international business and agency collaborations
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
