A rapidly growing AI-driven SaaS company, recently backed by circa $10 million Series A funding, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team in London. This role is pivotal in optimizing and scaling processes that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, analytics platforms)
• Implement automation solutions to improve productivity
• Refine workflows for better forecasting and data-driven decision-making
• Analyze performance metrics and create actionable insights
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or similar roles in SaaS/tech environments
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other RevOps tools
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs and revenue growth levers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
