The scaling MarTech business is a seed-funded technology startup looking to expand its strategic partnerships. Join a dynamic team passionate about innovative solutions and collaborative growth.

This is a unique opportunity to establish the partnerships function from the ground up. You'll be crafting the partnership strategy, identifying and nurturing relationships with B2B tech businesses and agencies. As the first dedicated partnerships professional, you'll have significant influence over the growth and connection strategies.

The Role:
* Develop partnerships strategy for B2B tech businesses and agencies
* Identify and qualify potential strategic partners
* Manage full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to negotiation
* Create partnership proposals and presentations
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
* Track partnership performance metrics
* Represent the business at industry events and conferences

Required Skills:
* 2-3 years of B2B partnerships or business development experience
* Strong track record establishing strategic partnerships
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident negotiation capabilities
* Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
* Tech, SaaS, or startup experience preferred
