Job Description
This role is central to driving the business's messaging and digital presence. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategies to enhance the brand’s voice and identity. From managing social media accounts to overseeing content strategies and website updates, you’ll be key to aligning all marketing activities with the company’s vision.

The Role
As Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Developing, scheduling, and managing content across the company’s brand and personal leadership accounts, ensuring alignment with the business’s voice and values.
- Content Creation & Brand Consistency: Crafting compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia assets to align all platforms and marketing collateral.
- Campaign Planning & Management: Coordinating marketing campaigns, community calendars, and event communication to maximise the business’s audience engagement.
- Website Management: Managing and updating the website to maintain brand cohesion and optimise SEO, working with external designers as required.
- Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with organisational goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements and track campaign success.


Required Skills
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, WordPress, and an aptitude for copywriting.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to align brand messaging with the business’s overarching marketing and operational strategies.
- Technical Know-How: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media channels and website updates.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Start-up/scale-up/founder-led fit: Energetic, no-ego, and hands-on, willing to back the business values wholeheartedly and supporting growth and the mission.
