This role offers a unique opportunity to blend technical expertise with relationship management, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their cutting-edge platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to drive customer satisfaction and growth. This position provides significant growth potential as they continue to expand their market presence and is ideal for someone passionate about technology's role in revolutionising traditional industries.

The Role:
Lead customer onboarding processes and develop implementation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst serving as their trusted adviser for platform adoption
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for expanded platform usage
Collaborate with product teams to channel customer feedback into product development
Create and execute customer success plans that align with clients' business objectives
Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and ensure customer satisfaction
Drive product adoption through training sessions and best practice sharing
Manage renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Required Skills:
3+ years of operational experience within the construction space (Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineer etc.)
3+ years of customer success experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex implementations
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and explain complex solutions
Experience with customer success tools and methodologies
Construction industry knowledge or experience with enterprise software implementation is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field
