The Role:
• Analyse sales data to identify and share high-value opportunities with the sales team.
• Ensure the CRM system is accurate, clean, and maintained to a high standard.
• Enhance and expand reporting functionalities within the CRM.
• Qualify sales leads, ensuring contact details are accurate and comprehensive.
• Collaborate with directors to produce activity and board-level reports.
• Implement iterative improvements to boost data quality and team productivity.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in a CRM or Data Manager role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is advantageous).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/spreadsheet proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently.
