Dual Digital Leadership Success

Following Livingbridge's private equity investment, SuperBike Factory needed to strengthen their technical and marketing capabilities. Drawing on our expertise in both technology and e-commerce recruitment, we secured two pivotal leadership roles to drive their digital transformation and regional growth.

Concurrent recruitment of CTO and Head of Marketing positions delivered transformational leadership to this PE-backed motorcycle retailer, enabling technical innovation and market expansion.

The Challenge

SuperBike Factory needed both a CTO to rebuild their technical architecture and a Head of Marketing to establish their brand presence. The dual search required deep understanding of e-commerce, data monetisation, and performance marketing within a specific geographic region.

The Solution

We ran parallel searches targeting e-commerce expertise in the Macclesfield area. The CTO search focused on candidates with strong data monetisation and pricing model experience, while the marketing search prioritised B2C performance marketing specialists.

The Results

Within six months, we successfully placed both positions. The Head of Marketing appointment in February 2018 was followed by the CTO in April 2018, providing SuperBike Factory with the leadership needed to drive their technical transformation and marketing strategy.
