FYLD, an AI-powered field operations platform backed by BCG and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, sought to rapidly scale their UK operations. The Challenge
FYLD faced the complex task of simultaneously building multiple departments while maintaining strict diversity and inclusion standards. Working directly with the CEO and COO, they needed to rapidly scale across every business function, from engineering to customer success. This required varying levels of seniority and expertise, all while working within tight timeframes and ambitious diversity goals.
