Density, a pioneering prop-tech scale-up specialising in privacy-first space analytics technology, partnered with Propel to establish their EMEA presence. Following their US success, they needed strategic support to find their first Enterprise Account Executive in Europe, someone who could drive new business alongside their EMEA Managing Director.

We helped Density launch their European operations by securing an enterprise sales leader with the perfect blend of hardware and software expertise, enabling their successful EMEA market entry.

The Challenge

Density required an Enterprise Account Executive with a specific combination of skills: enterprise SaaS sales experience, proven success in hardware and software sales, and a track record in partner/channel sales. As their first EMEA sales hire, this role was crucial for establishing their European presence. They needed someone who could hit the ground running while working closely with their EMEA Managing Director to build market presence.

The Solution

We conducted extensive market mapping, targeting established technology companies known for their superior sales training programmes. Our thorough approach involved reaching out to approximately 100 carefully selected candidates, achieving nearly 50% engagement. Through detailed screening aligned with the Managing Director's preferences, we interviewed around 20 candidates over 4-5 weeks, presenting eight exceptional individuals for consideration.

The Results

Our comprehensive search resulted in multiple high-calibre candidates reaching the final panel stages, giving Density the luxury of choosing their ideal candidate. This success has led to an ongoing partnership, where we continue to support their EMEA expansion by advising on talent strategy, skillset requirements, and brand awareness initiatives. Our strategic approach to talent acquisition has helped establish a strong foundation for Density's European growth.
