The Challenge

Vintra were looking to hire a VP of Engineering to help scale and manage their engineering teams as they expand following a recent funding round. Vintra had co-located teams in both the US and Barcelona with this new candidate needing to be close to Barcelona.

This was an extremely specific search with the desired candidate needing to exhibit strong skills in AI/ML, Edge Computing, Security, Web Development and team management. The candidate also needed to understand the challenges of working in a start up environment
