SuperScript are a Fuel Ventures backed Insurance Tech Start Up that have provide tailored Insurance Cover for Digital SME Businesses.

They have raised over £20million, most recently going through a successful Series Series A.

The Challenge

After a successful Series A and a high growth 12 months, SuperScript needed to recruit 4 + Engineers over a 6 month period. The ideal candidates would come from a Product Focused environment, where they are always thinking of the Customer, and have a problem solving attitude!

The Propel solution

After visiting the offices in Borough Market, meeting the team and most importantly the hiring manager (Head Of Engineering), we was able to kick start our search for 4+ Software Engineers.

We booked in catch up calls every Friday PM where Craig (HOD) and I would go through the outstanding profiles, making sure we are both on the same page and from my perspective, exceeding expectations.

The Results

We were able to hit our target of 4 placements within the Engineering team. Two of these candidates have already been promoted and are now in the interview process testing future Engineers.
