Obrizum

Obrizum are a Deep Learning AI L&D SaaS start-up for enterprise companies who have raised a significant amount of Series A funding and are continuing to scale.Founded in 2014, they currently have 65 people based across Cambridge and London, and working with the likes of Capita and KPMG to deliver first of it’s find, L&D powered by AI.

The Challenge

They were looking for an experienced UK-based SaaS recruitment partner to help them recruit across all of their departments, an all in one solution for a company growing like theirs.Each hire had a specific background requirement and Obrizum were looking to partner with an agency that knew the AI, L&D and SaaS space, and were able to educate the market on who they are and the real opportunity of joining them.The Propel Solution

The Propel teams embedded in Obrizum, and worked alongside Heads of Departments and the Chief of Staff to get under the hood of the type and calibre of candidates, often advising on the market so they too could understand what they were looking for. After shortlisting, and looking at feedback finely – we developed an operating rhythm and understanding which meant we knew a good Obrizum candidate when we saw one.

The Results

To date, we have successfully placed a VP Customer Success, the CTO, Cloud Engineer, Data Engineer, Senior Product Manager, Senior UX Designer, Account Managers, Operations Manager, and Sales Development Representatives. We continue to work closely with Obrizum across a number of hires and are looking forward to their continued Growth.
