Monterosa needed a number of Technology Leads to drive the development of their SAAS platform. We worked together to provide 3 exceptional hires, forming the basis of a great partnership whereby we have gone on to place 12 successful candidates.

The Challenge

Interaction experts Monterosa were looking for high-calibre professionals to propel the growth and development of their SAAS platform. These candidates were very specific – they needed an exact blend of technical proficiency and project management skills. Monterosa had been struggling to attract the quality and volume of candidates they needed.

The Propel solution

Propel organised an initial briefing meeting where together with our client to define the job description and direction of the search. We then mapped the SME technology market and undertook proactive headhunting throughout our network, as well as developing a marketing pack and dynamic advertising campaign to help attract attention.

The Results

Initially we placed 3 successful candidates with Monterosa, and have since run similar campaigns and have placed 12 permanent candidates, all playing a key role in the delivery of Monterosa’s core product.
