Hectare: Recruiting a herd

“The process for the roles were seamless, I couldn’t recommend Propel enough…”

Propel were instructed to work on a project with Series A agritech scale up, Hectare to bolster their Product and Engineering team.

Hectare are impressive in many ways; their products cater an underserved but really import audience of farmers and landowners, digitally transforming every aspect of their supply chain to support sustainable growth. They are also a really lovely group of people that are clearly passionate about what they do, and were such a pleasure to get to know over the process and a lunch at The Groucho!

Propel took on the brief for:

– Senior Frontend Engineer,
– Senior Backend Engineer,
– Senior Developer in Test,
– Senior Scrum Master,
– Senior Data Specialist,
– Senior Product Manager.

As a team we grouped together to complete the project within a 2 month time period.
