Factual are a leading location data company, supporting companies such as Amazon, Facebook, Uber and WeWork with their data strategy, marketing strategy and analytics reporting. The company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) was a long-term client of Propel’s and the team had helped the CRO build executive leadership teams in previous businesses.Because of this, Factual engaged Propel in a full search to source their Managing Director EMEA. The company was looking for an experienced digital executive and a leader to build and lead their operations in Europe. The ideal candidate needed to have previously set up and run regional operations for a high-growth US-based technology company.

Propel conducted an exhaustive search to find the right individual to fit the culture of the company and the needs of the role. Following interview sessions in London and Los Angeles the successful candidate was appointed in early June 2019.
