Catchpoint are a New York based, Series C funded scale-up who are not only looking to expand further internationally but are also looking to capitalise on global talent markets and by establishing a presence across Europe.

Why did they need to use us?

Catchpoint Initially needed an experienced Director level Engineering leader to be the trusted individual to establish teams and process within EU as well as building and maintaining the culture of Catchpoint within the region. They leant on Propel for their experience in finding Engineering leaders and executives for both UK and International businesses.

What did Propel do?

Propel were able to advise Catchpoint on different locations across the UK in order to help choose a suitable location to build a new engineering hub, considering a number of factors including flexible working preferences, availability of talent as well as affordability of talent in a talent market in flux. Propel were also able to provide shortlists of candidates for each location.

Propel were able to produce a shortlist of of candidates with a unique mix of backgrounds and seniority all within the parameters of the search, providing Catchpoint with an unparalleled view of the UK talent market and levelling enabling them to make an informed choice of hire.
