Ardoq are an incredibly successful Norwegian-based B2B SaaS scale up with offices in New York, London, Oslo and Copenhagen offering an Enterprise Architecture platform to enterprise businesses. Post Series D and with over $160m in funding, they are recognised leaders in both the Forrester Wave and the Garner Magic Quadrant and have grown to a headcount of 170+ in a few short years.
They have a smaller CS team in the UK and were looking for an Enterprise CSM to be the second hire within the team.
Ardoq were looking for a hybrid Project Manager/Technical Customer Success Manager/Strategic Consultant to help their largest clients within the UK going through technical transformations and utilising the Ardoq product to do so. This meant this CSM would have to have strong technical experience within a B2B SaaS environment and have knowledge dealing with top tier 7-figure clients.
Propel were very strategic in their market mapping, looking for candidates either with existing Enterprise Architecture experience or with technical Customer Success experience within a high growth B2B SaaS company. We devised an interview process to understand key candidate metrics that aligned to Ardoq’s requirements
We provided Ardoq with a shortlist of 8 Enterprise Customer Success Managers and were able to appoint the perfect candidate to the role.
