Adarga

Adarga is a company that utilises best-in-class Artificial Intelligence and NLP, within the defence and sustainability environment. In the last couple of years, their product has become extremely successful and needed specialist Data Scientists with extremely hard-to-find skills to come, join and lead their Data Science and ML teams.

The Challenge

Adarga utilises specialised NLP and Artificial Intelligence within a niche industry environment. They needed specialist recruitment consultants to be able to present the best candidates in this part of the industry. We identified it would be useful to utilise the UK rather than just London, and spent time understanding the requirements of Adarga versus the strengths of the candidates in our network.

The Propel solution

After approaching us to help find these very candidates, we undertook a methodological approach to sourcing across the UK. Shortlisting top specialists from different environments. The challenges here being it is a limited talent pool. Once we had a selection of candidates, we presented and worked very closely, consulting Adarga on each on the variation of strengths. Resulting in us placing a talented Senior Data Scientist to lead the team
