Every single Propeller contributes to our success, and everyone shares in the benefits it brings. There’s only one rule: Everyone at Propel is included, we work together and play together – Together works.  

Flexibility

We want to see everybody at least two days a week, but you can come in as often as you like. When you’re not with the rest of the team you could be anywhere in the world with WeWork All Access.

You’ll already have top-drawer tech like a Jabra headset, but we’ll also contribute to making your homeworking space more comfortable. New chair? Pot plant? It’s up to you.

Wheels

There’s nothing quite like zipping past the rush hour traffic on a shiny new bike from the cycle-to-work scheme. We just ask that you ditch the Lycra before your first meeting.
